For owners who move into a Transformational Partnership, engagements typically run six to eighteen months — though there is no long-term commitment. The relationship continues as long as it is delivering real value, and not a day longer.

The Owner Reset and Momentum Assessment are designed specifically as low-commitment starting points — concrete, valuable on their own, and a natural way to see how we work together before deciding anything further. There is no pressure to move into an ongoing partnership. I founded Rawhide Executive Solutions specifically to make an impact – if either of us think I have made as much of an impact as I can, the ROI no longer makes sense, or I have accomplished my goal of helping you get everything all set – then our partnership is complete.
